Here's the sample card that I made for Inspirational #109 hosted by Mary Anne, to make a thank you card. It was perfect timing as I needed to make one anyways for my in laws.
I started with some kraft cardstock, and a tag and papers from the Willoughby collection. I inked the kraft paper with Distress Inks (crushed olive and frayed burlap), and then used victorian vines on it with Palette Ink (burnt umber). On the tag I used savvy sayings, speckle background, and hope perches. The flowers were stamped and layered using medallions and Palette Ink (burnt umber), then colored with Memento (lady bug). I finished it off with machine stitching and these buttons that I inherited from my husband's Grandmother.
