Bo Bunny (Christmas Collage) Card Set ~ FotoBella DT

Make room for new craft supplies this holiday, by using up what you already have! I made a set of cards featuring the older, but beautiful Bo Bunny (Christmas Collage) collection from FotoBella.com

I stamped and embossed the sentiment and stitching with Emerald Creek Embossing Powders (Green Topiary and Spiced Candy), using the Bo Bunny Stitches Stamp for the stitching.

Here's another set of cards that I made vertically, all mounted on white cardstock.

All of the stamps were fussy cut from the Bo Bunny (Christmas Collage) Papers, and the edges finished with Distress Inks (Vintage Photo and Frayed Burlap).

Thanks for looking and stock up with new supplies at FotoBella.com! Merry Christmas!

Holiday Wreath Card ~ Red Rubber Designs DT

Hello! I'm back with the Christmas version of the Thanksgiving Card that I made last month using burlap, adhered again with some hand-stitching, featuring some Unmounted Christmas Rubber Stamps from Red Rubber Designs

The background was smooshed with Lindy's Sprays (Cathedral Pines Green and Ponderosa Pines Olive). Then I embossed the Holly Swirls with Emerald Creek (Charred Gold) Embossing Powder, also added to the edges. The same Lindy's sprays were used to deepen the color of the leaves, and Distress Spray Stain (Candied Apple) to paint the berries.

The edges of the red card base were embossed with Emerald Creek (Chinese New Year) EP, also used for the sentiment with the Vintage Santa Stamp. The next layer was embossed onto cream cardstock using Emerald Creek (Topiary Green) EP.

I also used Emerald Creek (Topiary Green) EP to emboss the Holiday Wreath and holly sprig using the Glorious Holiday stamp.

Since the bow I used on my Thanksgiving Card was made with matte raffia, I used a glossy raffia on this one for some holiday shimmer.

Thanks for looking!

Bo Bunny (Land of Wonder) Layout ~ FotoBella DT

Hello again! I'm back with another layout featuring the Bo Bunny (Land of Wonder) collection from FotoBella.com.

I used lots of layers on this page, starting with the chevron paper from the (Land of Wonder) Coordinating Double Dot Paper Bundle. After finishing the other paper edges with Distress Ink (Black Soot), I attached one of the brads to the corner of the "woods" paper.

I also used a lot of the die cuts included in the Noteworthy pack.

To the heart die cuts, I added some Bo Bunny Double Dot Jewels (Ruby Red), along with gold and purple from some older Bo Bunny Bundles, to the tops of the crowns, centered above my hand-stitched heart.

The bottles were fussy-cut from the back of the "imagination" paper, and placed along the sticker banner.

Don't you just love the sparkly Thickers included in the Bundle?

     Thanks for looking!

Holiday Collage Card ~ Red Rubber Designs DT

The holiday season is here, and my card featuring the Holiday Collages Cling Mounted Stamp from Red Rubber Designs is all ready to be mailed out!

After coloring the background with Lindy's Gang (Cathedral Pines Green) and Distress Spray Stain (Candied Apple), I embossed the stars with the Build-A-Background Stamp.

All of the stamping was embossed with Emerald Creek Embossing Powder (Mirror Gold), and the sentiment done with the Vintage Christmas Cling Mounted Stamp.

The Holiday Collages Stamp was fussy cut and colored with Lindy's Gang Spray (Cathedral Pines Green). Then I tied it all together with the plaid ribbon.

Poinsettia Day Card ~ FotoBella DT

Hello and happy National Poinsettia Day! This beautiful plant dates back to the Aztecs, who used it to produce a red dye, and called it Cuitlaxochitl, meaning "star flower". To honor the passing of Paul Ecke Jr., who is considered the father of the poinsettia industry, the House of Representatives created this day in 2002. Associated with Christmas, I made a card with some Bo Bunny (Christmas Collage) papers from FotoBella.com.

The poinsettia stamp was fussy cut from the Bo Bunny (Christmas Collage) papers. Then I covered the edges with Bo Bunny Stencil Paste (Gold).

I also covered the rest of the papers with Bo Bunny Stencil Paste (Gold), and applied it to the Tim Holtz Mini (Poinsettia) Stencil.

Celebrating Christmas Card Day ~ FotoBella DT

Today is Christmas Card Day, and is supposed to be the day you send out your cards, but I say there's still plenty of time to get crafty and create your own, like I did here, using Bo Bunny (Christmas Collage) Papers from FotoBella.com!

To create a winter wonderland, I splattered the papers with Dylusions Paint (White Linen). The trees were done with the Tim Holtz Mini (Woodland) Stencil using Prima Marketing Snowflake Paste, also applied to the torn paper edges. Then I added Distress Spray Stain (Walnut Stain) to Prima Marketing Gesso (White) for the tree trunks. The stitching was embossed with the Bo Bunny (Stitches) Stamp using Emerald Creek (Chinese New Year) Embossing Powder, also used on the sentiment.

In addition to the Bo Bunny (Christmas Collage) Layered Chipboard, and the Chipboard circles, I added a large Bo Bunny Double Dot (Ruby Red) Jewel

Penguin Christmas Card Set ~ Red Rubber Designs DT

It's definitely beginning to look like Christmas around here, as it's snowing outside as I'm writing this. And where there's snow, there's penguins, on this set of cards, embossed with the Mister Penguin and Perky Penguins Stamps from Red Rubber Designs

I started by embossing the snow with the Speckle Background Unmounted Rubber Stamp, onto black cardstock, using Emerald Creek (Soft Fallen Snow) Embossing Powder. Then I used EC (Enhanced Ivory Pearl) around the edges and for the sentiment, done with the Contemporary Greetings Stamp.

The penguins were stamped with the Mister Penguin and Perky Penguins Stamp Sets, embossed with EC (Onyx Frost) EP. Then I colored them with Distress Inks, and added some cotton to a few of the hats.

Cutting Bo Bunny Doilies in half, made a quick and easy way to showcase these adorable penguins! Shop for other Winter & Christmas Stamps at Red Rubber Designs.

Bo Bunny (Land of Wonder) Teacups Layout ~ FotoBella DT

Hello and happy first day of December! For the FotoBella Design Team, I created this layout that's straight out of wonderland, featuring the whimsical Bo Bunny (Land of Wonder) I Want It All Bundle from FotoBella.com

I started by applying Bo Bunny Glitter Paste (Pink Punch) to the Tim Holtz (Dot Fade) Stencil along the bottom of the striped paper. Then I applied Distress Ink (Black Soot) to the edges of the banner pieces from the Noteworthy pack, using my Blending Tool. The banner is connected with some hand-stitched twine, with a sticker of teacups placed above it.

I secured a brad towards the end of the twine.

The striped banner is a sticker, with some more hand-stitched twine to highlight the title, made from Thicker's included in the Bundle. I dug out my older Bo Bunny Ephemera packs to find the sheer ribbon, and hand-stitched the gold zigzag.

These banner  pieces with the keys are also in the Noteworthy pack.

I love the arrows and glitter on this piece from the Layered Chipboard!

But the teacups from the Layered Chipboard, is really what makes this page! The purple heart sticking out, is from the Noteworthy pack.

Thanks for your visit, and get the Bo Bunny (Land of Wonder) I Want It All Bundle at FotoBella.com!

Winter Wishes Card

To start the holiday season, I created a festive card for a December birthday, using Distress Inks and Emerald Creek Embossing Powders, for the Winter Wishes Blog Hop with Eileen Hull

The colors were inspired by this beautiful palette used for the November Inspirational Card Challenge @ Scrapbook.com

I made the background by smooshing Distress Inks (Pine Needles and Evergreen Bough) onto white cardstock, and embossing the snow and snowflakes with Emerald Creek (Enhanced Ivory Pearl) EP. Then I tore around the edges, and embossed them with (Soft Fallen Snow)EP.

The main image, sentiment, and edges of the card base, were embossed with EC (Charred Gold) EP. Then I colored the wreath with Distress Inks and a couple of Lindy's Sprays.

The strip of lace was embossed with EC (Enhanced Ivory Pearl), along with the dots of the pink background, colored with Distress Ink (Victorian Velvet). Then I added beads to the wreath, along with a few Pine Cone Charms, lightly embossed with (Soft Fallen Snow) Embossing Powder, and strung with green fiber.
