Hello again! I couldn't let the month go by without playing in the Lindy's Gang Color Challenge, and this card was the result.
I finished it up with this older Petaloo flower.
The soft color palette is perfect for Spring!
My design inspiration came from Sketch #500 at Tuesday Morning Sketches.
I started by smooshing Lindy's Gang Sprays (Fuzzy Navel Peach and A Bit O' Bubbly) onto white cardstock. Then I colored white gesso with a Squirt (Loonie Toonie Teal) and applied it to a doily stencil. The lotus design was recycled from thank you notes I received from Etsy for ordering some jewelry, and was painted with the same sprays as the background, in addition to my "mint" color, made by mixing Sidewalk Chalk and Sea Mint Green Sprays with Loonie Toonie Teal Squirt.
The butterflies were stamped with the Bo Bunny Flutter Stamp, and painted with the same Lindy's colors.
I finished it up with this older Petaloo flower.
Thanks for looking!
